The Nutcracker is returning to the Sacramento Ballet stage this December. Continuing its yearly tradition, the company will perform Tchaikovsky's work and fill you with holiday cheer. The show features choreography by Sacramento natives, Colby Damon, Nicole Haskins, and Julia Feldman. The Sacramento Ballet is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year and is seeing in the start of its new season and the Halloween weekend with an entrancing production of Dracula, which is sure to leave you under its thrall. British choreographer Michael Pink created the piece in 1996, with the intention of staying as true to Bram Stroker's 1897 as he possibly could. The resulting work is spellbinding, dramatic, and terrifying, and will leave you thirsting for more.
