I was so excited knowing I was going to see my favorite soundtrack in person. From the moment Judas ( Elvis Ellis) sang Heaven On Their Minds, I was riveted. The talent in this production is amazing. Jesus Christ ( Jack Hopewell) was perfect . Faith Jones as Mary Magdalene was superb. It flowed perfectly from moment to moment. I was prepared for the more modern costumes( sweatshirts, hoodie) because I saw the John Legend version on tv. Honestly, the story and talent was so overwhelming the clothing was secondary. The Safe Credit Union Theater doesn’t have a bad seat. I wish I could have seen it again before it left. Amazing, emotional, simply fantastic.

Fantastic performance! Jesus had the most amazing voice and his s performance had me in tears! All the cast was excellent!!

My husband saw original 50 years ago . I saw somewhat later. This production is very good. We enjoyed it all. Interpretation slightly different from years ago but still wonderful.

Saw this rendition of one of my favorite if not favorite shows last night. I have seen Ted Neeley (Jesus) and Carl Anderson (Judas) in the stage version of the original rock opera several times (as well as seeing the movie a million times) and was looking forward to this version. It did not disappoint. It stayed pretty much in step with the original rock opera with a modern kind of hip hop/modern dance twist. The vocals were amazing as well as the set design. The live music was amazing. Go with an opened mind and you will really enjoy the show! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC !!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed this production. The show was powerful with the excellent singing, dancing, lighting, and set design. The use of props was very clever and the band was outstanding. Great production to honor the 50th Anniversary!

This was the third time that I have seen Jesus Christ Superstar. This performance was by far the most amazing. All of the cast were so talented, and the choreography was unbelievable. I had chills several times throughout the show. I wish I could have personally congratulated the entire cast. Bravo! I highly recommend this show!
