The voices, the choreography, the skill on those turning stages! This is a pivotal show to gift to your multi generational families. Unimaginable Mr. Miranda. I was not sure if Sacramento would deliver a New York show but they did. This show must be seen live to truly appreciate the emotions...and I felt them all! Bravo Sacramento and the beautifully talented voices, choreography, lighting, sound and set - thank you! 1.5 million out 10.

I've been playing and watching musical theatre all my life and it's tempting to say that this is my favorite show of all time. The combination of subject matter, innovation, respect for tradition, and stellar execution, resulting in the highest critical and commercial success, will not be repeated for a long time. When I watch the opening of Hamilton, I get the same frisson of excitement that I get when I see "The Dance at the Gym" from West Side Story. This is Broadway history; this is a show for the ages.

This show was extremely entertaining and well orchestrated. We saw the performance in NYC in April 2025. We did not know what to expect, honestly, but found ourselves immersed in the storyline almost immediately. As was much of the audience. The usual prim and proper decorum of a broadway show gave way to open expression and moments of joy and sadness, clearly articulated by us. We were merely reacting to the energy of the performance and the invitation of the the performers. We can hardly wait until the show lands in Fort Worth. Hope to see you there

I went to go see Hamilton for my birthday after waiting for so long to finally see it live! And it was actually really really amazing! During the whole show I was smiling and cheering because the performance was so well done. You could tell the actors love what they do! It’s really great to see such passion. If you’re ever in the Boston area I’d suggest seeing it. It’s worth it.

Exciting, emotional and so much fun if you’re familiar with the music. Loved it!

Despite not being a huge fan of rap or hip-hop, I was absolutely blown away by this show! The first half was truly revolutionary—both in content and form. The use of rap and hip-hop to tell the story of America’s fight for independence was brilliant. The natural energy and rebellious tone of these musical styles perfectly captured the spirit of the Revolution. The second half, with a more mature and settled America, shifted towards a more classic musical structure, but it felt just as compelling. It made sense that as the story progressed, so did the music, reflecting the changing tone of the country. Despite the shift in style, it remained excellent and captivating. Even if rap and hip-hop aren’t your usual go-tos, I highly recommend Hamilton—it’s a game-changing production that brings history to life in a way you’ve never seen before!
