The Nutcracker is returning to the Sacramento Ballet stage this December. Continuing its yearly tradition, the company will perform Tchaikovsky's work and fill you with holiday cheer. The show features choreography by Sacramento natives, Colby Damon, Nicole Haskins, and Julia Feldman. British choreographer Michael Pink created the piece in 1996, with the intention of staying as true to Bram Stroker's 1897 as he possibly could. The resulting work is spellbinding, dramatic, and terrifying, and will leave you thirsting for more.
