Andrea Bocelli at Sleep Train Arena

Why see Andrea Bocelli?

Andrea Bocelli Live!

A disciple of Luciano Pavarotti and Zucchero Fornaciari, Andrea Bocelli may have lost his sight at 12, but that didn't stop the world's greatest Italian tenor from selling 90 million records, earning a Golden Globe Award and a spot on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The crossover sensation has one of the best-selling albums of all time (20 million copies of Romanza sold) and has inspired and worked with modern pop legends such as Celine Dion and Ed Sheeran. Don't miss Andrea Bocelli as he heads to a stage near you!

Your Chance To See A Legend

There aren't many singers that can claim to be a legend in their own lifetime, but he is often described as such, with fans coming from high places to heap acclaim on this operatic powerhouse, such as Elizabeth Taylor, who said of Bocelli: 'My mind, my soul were transported by his beauty, his voice, his inner being' proving that his angelic voice can touch and inspire anyone who hears it.

This is a stunning opportunity to see the man himself in the flesh in a performance that is sure to stick with you for a lifetime!

Extraordinary Show!!!

With a background studying voice and singing opera professionally years ago, I had expected Andrea Bocelli to be good, not great. I was wrong! I was enthralled by his voice, his showmanship, his inclusion of his son, Matteo, and his daughter, Virginia. The 50 (?) Sacramento Symphony orchestra and chorus, and especially, Bocelli's conductor made for a complete package. The supporting singers, unknown to me, were very good. The charming Larrissa Rodriguez has a big voice in a charmingly small package. Other than the Bocellis, the cellist who I still can't identify, was a find. She combined artistry on her standup cello, including percussion, and a lilting voice. There weren't many surprises in terms of song selection, but I listen to Bocelli on Pandora regularly. All in all, while the ticket prices were stratospheric, I enjoyed the experience even more than the Three Tenor Concert in Los Angeles in 1994. (Although inflation was very evident in terms of the comparative price of a tee shirt from then to now.) ... Read more

Heavenly

I saw Andrea Bocelli in Sacramento. What an amazing experience. Although Opera is not my favorite genre of music, the sheer power of his voice made it very enjoyable. The whole arena was wowed by this living legend. Four encores ended the show on a high note. His son Mateo and daughter Virginia were also very touching. Beautiful voices, beautiful performances, a good varietyof singers and dancers. This was the show of a lifetime. I never dreamed he would come to Sacramento. So glad to have had this experience. ...
